Project Estimates & Quotations
All written project quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotations may be subject to revision following a physical site survey or engineering review.
Permitting & Approvals
While we manage the municipal permit application process on behalf of our clients, final approval rests with local municipal authorities. Permit fees and engineering stamp costs are billed separately unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, shop drawings, vector files, and engineering schematics produced by Toronto Signage & Visual Branding Inc. remain our intellectual property until full payment of the project invoice is received.
Warranty & Liability
We provide a comprehensive warranty on our fabrication and electrical components against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, acts of God, or unauthorized modifications are excluded.
